How to set up your clinic profile and logo
After signing up, NeftX prompts you to complete your clinic details before you start using the system. This takes about five minutes: upload your logo, enter your clinic's registered name and GSTIN, and set a few defaults that control how your prescriptions and bills print. Everything here can be changed later.

- Your clinic's registered name — as it should appear on bills
- Your GSTIN — if you have one
- Your website domain — if you have one
Steps
Nine steps, about five minutes.
Click Fix on the setup warning
When you first log in, a warning appears at the top of the screen telling you your clinic details are incomplete. Click Fix to go directly to the settings page. You can also reach it any time from Settings.
Upload your clinic logo
Your logo appears on prescriptions, bills and reports. Upload your file and use the cropper to frame it — this determines how it sits on your printed documents, so check the preview before confirming.
Fill in your hospital details
Enter your clinic's registered name, your GSTIN if you have one, and the rest of your details. This information prints on every document your clinic issues, so check it carefully before saving.
Set your consultation validity
Consultation Validity controls how many days a consultation stays valid. If a patient returns within that window, the next consultation is automatically marked as free when you create it. You can still change it on the individual consultation if you need to — this is a default, not a fixed rule.
Add a default note for your invoices
Note in Invoice Bill prints on every bill you generate. Clinics commonly use this for payment terms, report collection timings, or a thank-you line.
Decide whether to print a QR code
Show QR Code in Print adds a QR code linking to your clinic's website on printed documents, so patients can scan to book their next appointment. This only works if you have a website configured.
Skip the website-only fields
Google Analytics Tag and WhatsApp Number apply only if you've subscribed to the Website module. Leave them blank if you haven't.
Save
Click Save once you're happy with everything.
Add your custom domain
Scroll down on the same page to Custom Domain and enter your clinic's website address if you have one.
Notes
- Everything on this page can be edited later from Settings.
- Changes to your logo and clinic name apply to newly generated documents, not ones already printed.
- The setup warning disappears once your required details are complete.
Common questions
Do I need a GSTIN?
No. Enter it only if you have one.
What if I don't have a logo yet?
You need one for printing to work correctly, so upload something before you start issuing prescriptions or bills. You can replace it later without affecting anything else.
Can I use a different logo for different entities?
No. One logo applies across all your entities.
