Vitals trends
Every reading, every visit, on one graph
Enter vitals once at the front desk. NeftX plots them across every visit and flags what’s out of range before you start the consult.
- All the vitals you record: BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, weight, height, BMI and blood sugar (GRBS).
- Out-of-range flags: High or Low is marked as the reading is entered, with a count at the top of the panel.
- Change since the last visit, shown beside each reading.
- Trend graphs across visits: open Vitals trends to see months or years of readings for one patient.
- Trends on the prescription: an optional strip of small trend charts prints with the patient’s prescription.
