Vaccination schedule

IAP vaccination schedule software: birth date in, every dose out

Every dose from birth to 18 years, dated for that child. Miss a month, and the rest of the schedule moves with it.

  • IAP-ACVIP schedule, built in. Routine doses dated from the date of birth; optional and high-risk vaccines on their own tab, never marked overdue.
  • Catch-up done for you. A late dose pushes the next ones forward so the minimum gap is kept. Doses past their age limit drop out instead of nagging.
  • History from anywhere. Record doses given at the birth hospital or another clinic, with brand and batch.
  • Reception knows first. A vaccine-due badge on the appointment list, before the child is in the room.

Growth charts

Paediatric growth charts, WHO and IAP, plotted automatically

Measure in vitals and the chart draws itself. WHO standards under five and IAP charts from 5 to 18, built in. No graph paper, no plotting by hand.

  • Weight, length or height, head circumference, BMI and weight-for-length, each with a centile and z-score.
  • Centile shift flagged. When weight or length crosses two or more centile lines since the last visit, you see it before the parent asks.
  • Entry mistakes caught. A measurement that doesn’t fit the child is marked for a re-check, so one typo doesn’t bend the curve.
  • WHO 2006 or IAP 2015, switched per doctor and remembered. Below the 3rd centile, overweight and obese marked on the chart.

Prescriptions for children

Paediatric prescriptions with your templates and the child’s weight

Today’s weight, length and age sit next to the prescription, so the dose you write is the dose for this child.

  • Templates you already trust. Save “Newborn review” or “Cough and cold, 1–5 years” once, with your drops, syrups and doses, and apply it in one tap.
  • Drops and syrups by brand or generic name, from the same medicine list your pharmacy bills from.
  • Advice for parents printed in plain words: feeding, warning signs, when to come back.
  • Review dates set with the next vaccine visit in view, so the family makes one trip, not two.

Vaccine stock

Vaccine inventory by batch and expiry

Every vial in the fridge, accounted for. Vaccines run through the NeftX pharmacy module like every other stocked item: by batch, by expiry, by the rupee.

  • Batch and expiry on every vial, with near-expiry and low-stock alerts before a dose goes to waste.
  • Supplier bills read by AI. Photograph the distributor’s invoice and the purchase entry is drafted for you.
  • Billed at the counter with the consultation, by cash, card or UPI.
  • Profit and loss per item, so you know what each vaccine actually earns.

WhatsApp reminders

WhatsApp vaccine reminders for parents

Every due vaccine is a booked visit. Parents leave with the card and the chart in hand, and hear from your clinic on WhatsApp when the next dose is due. A family reminded by you comes back to you.

  • WhatsApp reminders for due and missed vaccines and every appointment, from your clinic’s own verified number.
  • Printed vaccination card on your letterhead, for school admissions and travel.
  • Growth summary on the prescription, so parents see the centile, not just the weight.
  • The next visit fixed before they leave, lined up with the next vaccine date.

Questions paediatricians ask us

Which vaccination schedule does NeftX follow?

The IAP-ACVIP immunisation timetable (2023, with the 2025 ACVIP updates). Enter the child’s date of birth and every routine dose up to 18 years is dated. Optional and high-risk vaccines are listed separately and never marked overdue.

What happens when a parent misses a vaccine visit?

The missed dose is shown as overdue and the later doses of that vaccine move forward so the minimum gap between doses is kept. Doses past their maximum age are marked not applicable instead of overdue.

Which growth charts are built in?

WHO 2006 standards for children under five and IAP 2015 charts from 5 to 18 years, for weight, length or height, head circumference, BMI and weight-for-length. Each doctor can switch between WHO and IAP, and the choice is remembered. A shift across two or more centile lines is flagged.

Can I record vaccines given at another hospital?

Yes. Earlier doses are entered as history, with brand and batch where you know them, so the schedule starts from where the child actually is.

How do I manage vaccine stock?

Through the NeftX pharmacy module. Vaccines are stocked by batch and expiry like any other item, with low-stock and near-expiry alerts, AI-read supplier bills and profit and loss.

How do the WhatsApp reminders work?

Reminders for due and missed vaccines, and appointment confirmations, go to parents on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from your clinic’s own verified number. Messages are charged at Meta’s per-message rates.

Is there an AI assistant?

Yes. Nia, the NeftX AI clinic manager, answers questions about past visits, stock and collections inside ChatGPT or Claude. It is an optional add-on at ₹10,000 a year.

We are a multispeciality clinic. Will the paediatric tools get in the way?

No. Vaccination is started per patient, so only the children you track get a schedule, and each doctor picks their own growth chart set. Other doctors in the clinic keep their usual screens.

How much does it cost?

OPD and EMR, including growth charts, the vaccination schedule and prescriptions, are free forever. OPD Premium (₹10,000 a year) lifts the free limits. Pharmacy (including vaccine stock) and your own website are optional add-ons at ₹10,000 a year each, or take all three with WhatsApp in the ₹25,000 Clinic Bundle. No per-user charge.
