Your Clinic Just Got a Marketer and an Analyst. Meet Nia.

Nia connects your NeftX clinic data to ChatGPT or Claude, so you can create posters, patient messages and revenue reports yourself, without a vendor.

Your Clinic Just Got a Marketer and an Analyst. Meet Nia.

The job nobody hired for

Every doctor who runs a clinic is also running a business. Patients, staff, stock, collections, a website, a Google profile, festival greetings, health-awareness posts. The clinical work gets your full attention. The business side gets whatever time is left.

So most clinics hand marketing and analysis to someone else: a vendor, an agency, a front-office staffer who is "good with computers". And the result is usually generic. A Diwali poster that could belong to any clinic in India. A blog post about monsoon fevers that says nothing about your patients or your city. Every piece goes back and forth three or four times, and you still end up rewriting it.

The vendor loop

Here is what usually happens behind the scenes. You tell your vendor what you want. Your vendor opens ChatGPT or Claude, types a one-line prompt, and sends you what comes back.

ChatGPT and Claude are genuinely good. But they only know what you tell them. Ask for "a post about seasonal allergies" and you get a textbook answer. Tell them which conditions spiked in your OPD last October, what your patients usually ask about, your clinic's name, timings and specialty, and you get something your patients will actually read.

That context is the hard part. It lives in your HMS: your appointment history, your diagnoses, your collections, your pharmacy stock. Your vendor doesn't have it. Copying it out of reports and pasting it into a chat window every time is tedious, and most people simply skip it.

SEO and AEO (answer engine optimisation, for showing up in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answers) both reward content that is specific and useful. Generic content doesn't rank, and it doesn't bring patients through the door.

Meet your new assistant

Nia (NeftX + AI) connects your NeftX data to your own ChatGPT or Claude account. Connecting takes about two minutes. After that, you or your staff ask questions in plain language, and the answers come from your clinic's live data, not general internet advice.

No exporting reports. No pasting spreadsheets. No re-explaining who you are and what your clinic does every time you open a new chat.

What you can hand over to Nia

The festival rush

The most common marketing request we hear from clinics is a simple poster for a festival or health day. Normally that means briefing a designer, waiting, correcting the timings, correcting the phone number, waiting again.

With Nia, your clinic's details are already there. You ask for a Sankranti greeting poster with your clinic name, timings and a short health tip, and you get a first draft in minutes. That's the simplest example. It's far from the most useful one.

The recall list

You already know which conditions come back every season: monsoon fevers, winter asthma flare-ups, summer skin problems. Your HMS knows exactly which of your patients have them.

Ask Nia to pull the patients diagnosed with asthma in the last two winters and draft a short reminder about their pre-winter review. Or a care message for patients who had a particular procedure. The message is written for that group, from your data, in your clinic's voice. You review it and decide what goes out.

The analyst trap

Running a clinic is a balancing act. You can't run it like a pure business, but you can't afford to lose money either. Most clinic owners know something is leaking. Few have the time to find out what.

Many firms will offer you "data analysts" and "data-driven decision systems". For most clinics, the questions are simpler than the jargon. Which months were slow, and why? Which medicines are expiring on the shelf? Which services bring in collections, and which only look busy? Ask Nia in plain language and get the answer from your own OPD, pharmacy and purchase data.

Same rules as your staff

Nia respects the roles you already set in NeftX. Each user sees only what their role allows, so your front office won't be asking about profit margins and your pharmacist won't be browsing clinical notes.

The hire you don't have to train

You know which conditions are seasonal, which patients need a nudge, and which months hurt. Until now, turning that knowledge into marketing or analysis meant handing it to someone who knew less than you. Nia lets you do it yourself, in minutes, with your own data.
